Why Corona Why

Dear Corona,

Why have you come

Whence have you come

When would you go

Whither would you go

Are there other planets

And dimensions that you roam?

Corona, O mighty Corona

Do tell us all that you know!

O yee humans

I am a tiny little virus

What would I know

That you already don’t!

Yet however small and however little

I am part of the One Big Whole!

I shall do my bit and leave

As others before me have

I know it and accept it

I don’t have grand dreams!

But yee mighty humans

Who are blessed

With such INTELLECT and

CONSCIOUSNESS supreme

Why do you kill?

Oh why, humans, why

do you suppress

And subjugate

Your very own

Is there no end

To your greed?

Like me you too shall leave

You too shall have to go back

Like others before you

But you still don’t learn

And you still don’t see

That you too are a nothing

Just like me!

O humans, wake up

Wake up before you

Are smothered and vanquished

Just like me and the likes of me!

Kill me if you would

But don’t hate me

For: Hate consumes the Hater

And not the one hated.

How many vaccines

Would you make

How many remedies

Would you use

Mightier viruses would come

And shall keep coming too

Till you learn …

Till you learn

To become more humane

Till you learn

To become more kind,

And till you learn

Oh yes, till you learn

To conquer your very own

INNER-SELVES!!

For I am not your enemy

It is within you

And it is your EGO

Which is MIGHTY BIG

And not the tiny me!!

Let go of your Ego

And let go of your Pride

Bow down with Humility

Then you shall learn

That there is no separation

We are all ONE – LOVE

  14. Really, why Corona why??? We do not have an answer to it, I just think God has given us another opportunity or may be has just shown its “that divine force” who owns this world and want us to know to take care of it until it’s too late. Very well written Uncle. 😊❤️🤗

  40. I feel that the Coronavirus is just Mother Nature’s way of punishing us for all the inhumane and horrific things we’ve done.

  44. Beautiful composition Ashokji, true we are today horrified by this pandemic and yet forget the human brought tragedies of the past, and are ready to bring even more in the future. This virus had killed so many humans and is thus noticed, the human race almost killed our beautiful earth before it was noticed, yet we continue on our ways towards inevitable destruction, inspite of our capability of intelligent thinking. Love the message that is passed so well.

    Don’t love corona though 😃 hope it goes back to whatever planet it came from …

  64. So well explained. Many say this pandemic is a wake up call and an alarm bell. I certainly can’t say if it’s true but I do know humans have been behaving in not so desirable way. The cause of wiping out of many species from this planet, the greed is certainly behind all this. I wish we could understand that this planet does not belong to us. we need to share this with other living beings. Is coronavirus a good lesson towards this realization? Maybe!

  69. Corona is just a small thing and I always say there is far more worse in the mind the ego, the harm being done to each other and innocents. Too true have to learn to be kind and love each other until we learn we will repeat the same old path over and over again.

  163. Don’t worry about it Arti. Once Pharma industry has made a few billion dollars it would be gone
    1-2 persons die every day in Pune driving without helmet.
    More than 6000 people die in India every month driving wrong side of the road 😛
    And lacs die with wrong diagnosis or wrong medicine.
    Take basic precautions and chill
